Today's Information and Communication Technologies are digital: products and services are made available to users over the Web, software, mobile telephony, and so on.

A web site is one of the most widely used media from which to offer information to the great number of users who login to Internet from all over the world. However, because criteria of usability and design for all are not always taken into consideration, the reality is that many people have difficulty accessing digital content.

In a medium where time, attention and correct interaction are of the essence, our usability services, based on the analysis of different contexts of use of Internet services, enable our clients to improve their ability to satisfy user needs and expectations.

People with disabilities, among other collective groups, face great barriers when trying to access information because many web sites have yet to apply the internationally agreed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Usability and accessibility are an added value and hallmark for Technosite. We are experts in user testing and we know every little detail about making a web site comply with the accessibility guidelines because we participate actively in the various W3C working groups as well as in the European project Support-EAM. With over 70 percent of our staff made up of people with some kind of disability, we are also active members and promoters of the Euroaccessibility initiative.
